If you manually import your data (rather than using the XPorter integration) then you will need to import your pre-admissions using the spreadsheet attached below.
Please do not change/remove any of the columns as this will prevent the data from importing properly into the system. You need to enter the data exactly as it is formatted in the example line on the spreadsheet.
Once you have entered all of the data please send the spreadsheet over to the support team and we will be upload this on your behalf. This is to ensure the data is imported correctly.
Please password protect any documents that you send for GDPR. You can send a separate email with the password.
