Student Whoopsing (Xporter Schools)

A whoops error occurs when there is no parent information against the child. This usually occurs when no primary one contact is assigned to the child within your MIS system.
  1. To fix this please follow the steps below:
  2. Go into your MIS system.
  3. Ensure the parent is assigned as a primary one contact.
  4. You’ll then need to go back into the Parentapps dashboard.
  5. Go into the Students section.
  6. Delete the child that was whoopsing.
  7. Then click Xporter the day after and they should transfer in correctly from your MIS.
  8. You’ll then just need to go into the Users, find the parent and invite them.
