This is likely because they do not have an email address on their profile, or it may be incorrect.
Ask the parent to do the following:
- Open the app and search for the school/nursery.
- On the login screen enter their mobile number as the username and the password they had previously set.
- They should then be able to login.
- Click More, then My Profile to add in their email address.
If the parent can’t remember their password:
You can add their email address to their profile via your app portal or you can send the parent a new invite.
